About Małgorzata Dębowska

I started working in real estate in 2009 at one of the largest agencies in Poland. That's where I gained solid experience and learned the realities of sales work. Over time, however, I realized that what I value most is flexibility and authentic relationships with clients – without pressure and rigid targets. Today I work with the global brand eXp Polska, which allows me to balance family life with my passion for real estate. I operate mainly in Lower Silesia, serving both individual clients and investors interested in development projects. I also facilitate transactions for holiday property sales in attractive tourist locations. I speak Polish and English, which enables me to work with clients from Poland and abroad. In my work, I focus on a partnership approach, transparency, and effectiveness. My role as a mother of two children constantly teaches me to improve time management and effective action – also in the world of real estate.
